I just watched The Croods. Great funny movie with a great message. :-D #MustWatch
The movie contrasts two very different philosophies on life. Grug, the father, believes “fear is good; change is bad.” Grug’s main rule in life is: “never leave the cave.” The rebellious teenage daughter, Eep, is curious by nature and wants to explore the world outside the cave. Eep does not subscribe to her father’s philosophy of “never not be afraid.” During one of her adventures outside the cave, she meets Guy, a charming teenage boy who warns of the end of the world and that the family must leave the cave and get to higher ground to survive. Guy’s philosophy is “keep moving forward.”
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
“Don’t wait any longer, take a leap of faith today, Whether it’s signing up for that half marathon you’ve been meaning to do for years or finally cleaning up your diet, make the jump!

Use me!” Then he wants us to enter the world redemptively, making a difference in our “public worship” of ministry.
